Any mention of trademarks such as Instagram, Meta, Facebook, or other social networks, as well as software for working with them, is solely for identifying resources (which may be used in programs related or unrelated to these social networks).
The store is not responsible for the fate of the product after its sale.
The store is not responsible for security breaches or illegal use of the purchased product by the user, or any use of the purchased product to violate the laws of the country in which you reside.
The store is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of the purchased product being used by other individuals, with or without your knowledge.

Return and Replacement Conditions:
Purchased products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
In cases where the product is damaged, defective due to force majeure circumstances, or due to our fault, including our negligence or human error, we will fully compensate all incurred costs.
From the moment of purchase, claims regarding the product's non-functionality are accepted within 30 minutes (unless otherwise specified in the product description).
If you encounter issues with the product, contact support. We always strive to accommodate, even if more time has passed than indicated. However, this does not mean you can contact us after 24 hours. The longer you wait, the lower the chances of receiving a replacement. Your 100% guarantee for a replacement is a video recording.
When contacting support for a replacement or refund, the store reserves the right to request a video of the purchase. Recording a video is not mandatory, but it is your 100% guarantee of receiving a replacement in case of invalidity. Video recording requirements:
IMPORTANT! The video must be recorded from the start of payment to the end of the verification process, in full-screen mode, showing the "Date" and the "Start" menu. The cursor must be visible. There should be no pauses, delays, freeze-frames, or any manipulations related to editing. The video must capture the entire process from the moment of payment to the verification of the data.
The video recording is the only proof on your part that the data was indeed non-functional at the time of purchase. If you are unable to record a video, you may contact the seller for additional product verification using the contact details provided on the website (before purchasing the product).
If the user cannot figure out the software settings, gets blocked, or if the product does not meet the user’s requirements or expectations, no refund will be provided.
The store reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement of the purchased product without explanation if there is suspicion of abuse of the return and replacement conditions.
Refunds (money-back) are only possible if there is no option to replace the product with an equivalent one. If a refund is processed and the payment service’s commission exceeds 1%, the commission will be deducted in our favor during the transfer.
The buyer is solely responsible for an impulsive purchase. Refunds or replacements for a similar product with additional criteria are not possible! All questions should be clarified before making a purchase.
